On 16 September 2020, Mr. Sonsai Siphandone, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Planning and Investment paid official visit to the Tanpiaw Prison. The main objective of the visit was to observe the progress of the development of this prison. In this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister also observed the rehabilitation activities of the prisoners who are currently being held at this facility.
