On 6 October 2020, H.E. Sonsai Siphandone, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Planning and Investment and President of Laos-Russia Cooperation Committee leaded the preparation meeting for the upcoming Laos-Russian cooperation meeting. The meeting was presented by Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vice Minister of Energy and Mine, Vice President of Lao Chamber of Industry and Commerce and representatives from line ministries.
